Returns & Exchanges

At Prettiie Aesthetics, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless you receive an incorrect item or a defective product.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at prettiieaesthetics@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• No restocking fee
• No final sale items

If your claim is approved, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued.

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery or returns received after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Prettiie Aesthetics reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
