Local / Pickup Delivery:
Please only select pickup or local delivery if you have spoken with me directly beforehand to confirm arrangements, as I need to verify that you are within my service area. Any orders placed with pickup or local delivery without prior communication will be automatically canceled. This policy helps ensure accurate scheduling and that I can properly accommodate your order. Thank you for your understanding!
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Please allow this time for your order to be prepared before shipment.
Shipping Time:
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Prettiie Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for any delivery-related issues.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Prettiie Aesthetics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to have the package re-shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at Prettiieaesthetics@gmail.com. Please include clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
We will review your claim and provide a resolution if eligible. Claims submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
Chargeback Policy:
By completing a purchase with Prettiie Aesthetics, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior contact may be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to provide proof of purchase, delivery confirmation, and all related order details to the financial institution to dispute the claim.
We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and encourage you to reach out to us directly for assistance.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase to see if it is eligible for cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellations after this time.
